How are you using Social Media?
How are you using social media in your work everyday? To help your customers?
We have a blog that we just created to post articles that appear in our e-news letters - http://kcdeeil.blogspot.com We tweet and retweet useful news. www.twitter.com/KCDEE5, We have a facebook page - KCDEE where we post upcoming events, photos, and comments similar to our twitter posts. We send an e-newsletter with articles or calendar items that would be useful to our job seeking and business customers. We recently sent a post-card mailing to let all of our customers know that we are tweeting and have a facebook page. This helped us update our addresses and spread the word.
Our followers are slowly building. Won't you follow us?
